MOLEC™ ARCTIC HD 5% MOLY EP 0 is a heavy-duty calcium sulfonate complex grease that delivers superior protection in pins and bushings operating in arctic weather conditions. This grease is formulated with premium base oils and enhanced with specific additives, polymers and 5% Molybdenum Disulfide solids to achieve excellent wear resistance in high pressure environments; commonly found in Mining & Logging industries. Specifically tailored to excel in these environments, this Arctic Winter EP grease exhibits excellent lubricity, film strength, shock load capability and water washout resistance. This advanced formulation has proven to outperform traditional soap greases by providing increased mechanical stability, shear stability and stay-in-place performance that resists pound out which typically extends re-greasing intervals, thus reducing overall grease consumption.
