EZ SERIES HYDRAULIC OIL

MOLEC® EZ Hydraulic Oils are high-performance hydraulic fluids that have been designed as an environmentally safer alternative to conventional zinc based
hydraulic fluids and are an excellent high pressure, high temperature power transfer fluid where vane, piston, and gear pumps are utilized.
 

MOLEC® EZ Hydraulic Oils are blended with premium base oils and superior “ashless” additive technology to deliver robust performance with higher Viscosity
Index’s and lower pour points when compared to general market zinc-free hydraulic oils. These oils provide excellent wear protection and have excellent oxidation
and thermal stability that exceed performance characteristics required by major hydraulic equipment manufacturers.

• Inherently Biodegradable; OECD 301B, greater than 28% biodegradability within a 28 day period
• Outstanding anti-wear performance and extreme pressure protection

• Suitable for use in applications involving yellow metals
• Enhanced filterability to minimize blockage due to water contamination
• Rapid separation of oil and water
• Contains anti-foam agents to prevent air entrapment

APPLICATIONS:

MOLEC® EZ Hydraulic Oils can be used in all types of piston, gear and vane pumps that are used in industrial, mobile and marine systems. These hydraulic oils are particularly well-suited for hydraulic systems operating in environmentally sensitive areas where an inherently biodegradable, ashless product reduces the risk of prolonged or persistent contamination if a leak or spill occurs.
